Cycle & Symptom Tracking Journal – A Guide to Cycle Awareness

This cycle and symptom tracking journal is designed to support women in developing deeper awareness of their menstrual cycle, physical sensations, emotional patterns, and daily rhythms.

By regularly recording cycle phases, symptoms, mood changes, energy levels, and lifestyle influences, this journal helps transform everyday observations into meaningful insights. Over time, tracking can make recurring patterns easier to recognize and support a more conscious, body-aware approach to wellbeing.

Originally created to support those practicing the Aviva Method, this journal is suitable for any woman, whether or not she has experience with cycle-based movement or body awareness practices.

It can be a supportive companion for:

  • Women planning to conceive who wish to increase fertility awareness

  • Those navigating perimenopause or hormonal transitions

  • Anyone seeking to understand how stress, sleep, emotions, and daily habits interact with their cycle

  • Young women beginning their menstrual journey

  • Women who want to work toward personal or professional goals in harmony with their bodies

The journal also offers space to note natural approaches—such as movement practices, relaxation or breathing techniques, and supportive routines—and observe how these choices may influence the cycle and well-being over time.

This journal does not diagnose or provide medical advice. It is intended as a tool for self-observation, reflection, and conscious connection with the body’s natural rhythms.
