The Aviva Method program is structured as follows:

  1. The first step is to complete a health questionnaire, which helps determine if the exercises are safe and how to modify them based on the participant’s condition and goals.
  2. Participants learn the Basic Sequence during a 4-hour foundational workout session, typically divided into two classes. The method includes more than just exercise; it also focuses on hormonal support by promoting balance in the digestive and nervous systems. Participants receive important lifestyle guidance on proper body use, nutrition, and basic mental and emotional support.
  3. After the foundational sessions, participants can join instructor-led practice sessions or continue practicing independently at home using the official manual. The method is most effective when practiced two to three times per week, with rest days in between sessions.
  4. Therapeutic effects are usually noticeable after three months of regular practice.
  5. After the third month, we monitor progress through a follow-up questionnaire. The Basic Sequence can be supplemented, if needed, with specialized exercise sequences designed for men or women.
