How the Aviva Method® Program Works
Step 1: Getting Started
Before joining the program, participants complete a wellness and activity questionnaire. This helps the instructor identify any safety considerations, understand individual goals, and suggest appropriate exercise modifications when needed.
Step 2: Learn the Basic Sequence
Participants learn the Aviva Method® Basic Sequence during a 4-hour Foundation Course, typically divided into two sessions.
The course introduces the core movement patterns of the method, including rhythmic exercises, body awareness, posture, coordination, and pelvic mobility. Participants also receive educational guidance on healthy movement habits, lifestyle awareness, and developing a sustainable exercise routine.
Step 3: Practice and Integration
After completing the Foundation Course, participants may join instructor-led practice sessions or continue practicing independently at home using the official Aviva Method® materials.
Many participants choose to practice the exercises two to three times per week as part of their regular wellness and physical activity routine, allowing time for rest and recovery between sessions.
Step 4: Follow-Up and Continued Learning
After several months of practice, participants may complete a follow-up questionnaire to reflect on their experience, exercise habits, and personal goals.
The Basic Sequence can later be complemented with additional Aviva Method® exercise sequences developed specifically for women or men who wish to continue exploring the method.
A Wellness-Oriented Movement Practice

Certified instructors can:
Demonstrate the movements correctly
Provide feedback on posture and technique

To ensure you are learning safely and correctly, you can verify whether your instructor is certified on the official Aviva Method website (https://avivamodszer.hu/en/aviva-method-instructors).

Many participants choose to practice the Aviva Method® two to three times per week as part of their regular wellness and physical activity routine.
Consistency is very important.
Experiences vary from person to person and depend on factors such as exercise consistency, lifestyle habits, sleep quality, stress levels, and individual circumstances.
Some research and participant reports have observed positive changes within the first few menstrual cycles of regular practice. Participants may notice changes in areas such as menstrual comfort, cycle awareness, body awareness, energy levels, and overall well-being.
Many participants report becoming more confident with the exercises and integrating the method into their wellness routine within a few weeks.
Because the Aviva Method® is designed as a regular movement practice, many participants choose to continue for three to six months or longer as part of their commitment to vitality, reproductive wellness, hormonal well-being, and overall well-being.
Individual experiences vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
Many participants choose to skip the practice during the heavier days of menstruation and return to their usual routine as the flow becomes lighter and they feel comfortable doing so.
Within the Aviva Method® community, some practitioners traditionally resume practice during the later, lighter phase of menstruation, often around the third or fourth day of the cycle. Individual comfort and circumstances should always be taken into account.
Some participants also report incorporating the exercises into their wellness routines when experiencing changes in their menstrual cycle, including prolonged bleeding. Individual experiences vary, and responses to exercise may differ from person to person.
Following pregnancy loss, some women have chosen to practice the Aviva Method® as part of their overall recovery and wellness routine once they have received medical clearance. Within the Aviva community, some participants have reported using the exercises during this period with the intention of supporting their return to regular movement and preparing for a future fertility journey.
If you are experiencing unusually heavy, prolonged, or otherwise concerning menstrual bleeding, or if you have recently experienced pregnancy loss, fertility treatment, or a medical procedure, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Individual experiences vary, and the Aviva Method® is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
