The speed of results depends on your body’s current condition and your lifestyle, but in most cases, women experience significant improvements when they practice the foundational Aviva sequence twice a week for at least three months.

Technical and Practical Requirements for Online Course

Internet & Laptop with Camera
  • A stable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a built-in or external camera are essential.

  • If possible, connect your device to a larger screen (e.g., TV or monitor) so you can clearly see the instructor even if you step back from the camera.

  • Your camera must be turned on during the session.

Space & Chair
Ensure you have enough space to exercise comfortably and to be fully visible on camera during practice. Please check the followings:
  • Can you take four steps side and two steps forward in your space?

  • Can you step far enough back from the camera to be seen fully upright with arms raised overhead?

  • Can you be clearly seen when sitting on a yoga mat or blanket? (You can adjusting the camera angle)

  • Can you use chair or wall to support your balance?
