💫 Aviva Method – Part 1 (First 2 Hours)

- In the first session, we begin with a gentle warm-up that includes preparatory movements to awaken the body.
- You will learn about the Aviva Method, its principles, and the benefits it offers.
- You’ll then learn how to work within the “working zone”, which forms the foundation for performing the exercises correctly and effectively.
- We will also discuss the general rules to follow during practice, helping you understand how to perform the exercises correctly.
- Finally, we will learn the first six exercises of the Basic Aviva form in detail, step by step, with guided explanations and practice.

🗣️ Suitable for participants who can speak and understand English at an intermediate level or higher.
💬 The educator is not a native English speaker, so you’ll hear clear and simple language — the kind of vocabulary commonly taught in schools. This makes the course easy to follow and universally understandable, even for non-native speakers.
