🌸 Why Learn the Aviva Method from a Certified Instructor
If you’re looking to restore hormonal balance, regulate your menstrual cycle, or support your fertility naturally, learning the Aviva Method can be a powerful step. But how and from whom you learn it makes all the difference.
Personalization Matters
A certified Aviva Method instructor doesn’t just demonstrate the exercises like someone in perfect health. Instead, she customizes the movements based on your unique physical condition and your individual goals—whether that’s achieving a regular 28-day cycle, addressing PCOS, supporting fertility, or relieving menopausal symptoms.
Improperly performed exercises may lead to injury or fail to deliver results. That’s why individual guidance is essential.
The Aviva Method Is Subtle and Precise
The Aviva Method isn’t just a fitness routine—it’s a therapeutic exercise system. The dynamic movements engage internal muscles and reflexology points that need meticulous technique and expert explanation. Without precise instruction, it’s easy to miss the essence of the method.

Real-Time Feedback = Real Results
Your body doesn’t always do what your mind envisions. That’s why videos and self-learning cannot replace real-time corrections and detailed feedback from a trained instructor. Only a live, certified teacher can guide you safely and effectively through the method.
Ongoing Training and Medical Collaboration
Certified instructors are collaborating with the Aviva Foundation, which is committed to staying updated.
They attend biannual advanced trainings held under the Aviva Foundation, where gynecologists also share the latest insights on women’s health.
Through regular consultations and supervision, they ensure their knowledge remains fresh and scientifically grounded.
Online or In-Person – You Choose
I strongly recommend finding a Certified Aviva Trainer near you and learning the Aviva Method in person.
However, I understand that it’s not always possible. That’s why I mainly offer online courses—designed to preserve the quality, safety, and effectiveness of the original method.
Choose wisely. Protect your health. Maximize your results with the Aviva Method.

Stress is one of the most common challenges we face today.
It can quietly disrupt our hormonal balance and reproductive health.
The psychosomatic approach recognizes the deep connection between mind and body. Unresolved stress, suppressed emotions, or inner conflicts can sometimes contribute to the onset or worsening of certain health conditions.
Chronic stress affects the body’s natural rhythm, interfering with hormones, menstrual cycles, an overall well-being.
Positive emotions, optimism, and a supportive mindset can strengthen the body’s natural ability to heal and enhance overall well-being.
In summary, the guided relaxations at the end of the Aviva Practicing sessions may maximize the benefits of your workout, supporting stress reduction, emotional well-being, and reproductive health. This ultimately helps you feel balanced, relaxed, and empowered in your everyday life.

Learning to Listen to the Menstrual Cycle is the Foundation for Women’s Health and Fertility Awareness
Despite the fact that we are women, many of us begin to truly engage with the functioning of the female body surprisingly late in life—often only when fertility challenges or health concerns arise. Yet many of these issues could be prevented, or at least addressed more effectively, if we had learned earlier to listen to our bodies’ messages, to understand the menstrual cycle, and to interpret what our physiology communicates month after month.
The primary biological purpose of the female reproductive system is species survival and successful reproduction.
Each menstrual cycle gently prepares the body for conception, pregnancy, and—through menstruation—the physiological processes related to birth.
The quantity, quality, and cyclical patterns of cervical mucus, just like the characteristics of menstruation itself, provide continuous feedback about hormonal balance, nervous system load, lifestyle factors, and overall reproductive health. These signs can also offer valuable insight into the timing of ovulation and naturally guide women toward healthier lifestyle choices and more supportive coping strategies.
When a woman learns to understand and work in harmony with her cycle, a deeper level of body awareness and inner balance becomes possible. This cycle literacy not only supports physical and hormonal well-being, but also enhances emotional stability, energy levels, and self-confidence. As a result, women are better able to move toward their goals with clarity and ease—whether those goals relate to career, personal fulfillment, or family planning.
The Balance of the endocrine system — including the regulation of sex hormones — is closely linked to sleep quality and circadian rhythms.
During the early phases of deep sleep, typically occurring before and shortly after midnight when we go to bed in alignment with our natural rhythm, essential restorative processes take place.
- Melatonin secretion reaches its peak,
- growth hormone is released in higher amounts,
- and the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal (HPG) axis — which governs the production of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone — undergoes regeneration and fine regulation.
For this reason, both the quality and timing of sleep play a fundamental role in supporting hormonal balance.
Many people live for years without realizing that persistent fatigue, difficulty falling asleep, frequent nighttime awakenings, or unrefreshing mornings may be associated with disrupted sleep hygiene rather than a lack of willpower or resilience.
When sleep is not truly restorative, the body’s hormonal regulation can gradually become imbalanced.
By gently adjusting sleep habits and supporting the nervous system, it may become possible to achieve meaningful positive changes—whether the goal is improved energy and well-being, restored hormonal balance, or natural fertility support.
