In the second session, we will complete learning all 18 exercises of the Aviva Method, covering movements from exercises 7 to 18.
We will also discuss essential lifestyle topics — what to avoid to maintain the effectiveness of the practice, and how to support your results through simple nutrition and lifestyle adjustments.
This session helps you understand how to incorporate the Aviva Method into your daily or weekly routine, enabling you to maintain balance, vitality, and hormonal harmony in the long term.
