of the Aviva Method.
First of all, a big warm hug and heartfelt congratulations to you! 🎉
💝 The news that a little life is growing inside you is nothing short of a miracle. And right now, you are the home of that miracle.
If you’re one of my students, then I can hardly put into words how happy I am for you.
💕You did it!
💕It really happened!
💕Your hard work and dedication have borne fruit, and I’m overjoyed alongside you.
That’s exactly why I offer this course — for you.
So I can continue to hold your hand and celebrate this beautiful new chapter together.
🤰 You loved to move your body regularly...
😢 And now that you’re pregnant, you’re suddenly faced with restrictions, warnings, and the fear of doing something wrong?
💔 You used to love practicing Tai Chi—feeling the chi energy build in your hands during the opening form—
🚫 But now, you’re told to pause all energetic practices during pregnancy.
💔 You adored your cardio sessions or those runs in the park, right?
🚫Sadly, with a baby growing inside you, dynamic workouts that involve jumping, bouncing, or overheating are off the table.
💔 Yoga used to be your daily reset button.
🚫However, deep backbends, spinal twists, and one-legged balance poses are now strongly discouraged.
💔 You were the queen of the gym—lifting weights with confidence—
🚫But now you’re warned not to lift even a heavy shopping bag.
Ab exercises, overloading the spine, and putting pressure on the pelvic floor are a no-go.
💔And as if that weren’t enough—you even have to say goodbye (for now) to your beloved Aviva basic exercises.
🚫Yes, those tried-and-true moves that once grounded you and brought you energy are also not suitable during pregnancy. They simply create too much abdominal pressure for this delicate time.
I really get how you feel. I’ve been in the same boat.
And here's the good news!
You don’t have to give up the joy of movement.
🌸 What makes this program special?
Not flashy, intensive and dangerous moves—but intention, presence, and experience.
These exercises were carefully selected by Judit Púni, a close student of Aviva Gabriella Steiner (the founder of the Aviva Method).
Her decades of knowledge, deep compassion, and unwavering belief in women’s strength are complemented by insights from experienced Aviva instructors—some of whom are also doulas and mothers themselves. They’ve witnessed the benefits firsthand, both in their clients and in their own pregnancies.
The movements you’ll find here are safe for any healthy pregnant woman from the second trimester (week 14) all the way up to the day of delivery, with your doctor’s approval.
Each exercise is carefully selected to minimize risk and support the natural physiological changes of pregnancy, helping your body adapt gently and safely throughout this transformative journey.
💸 Course Pricing
👥 The price of the Cozy Mommy Course—a small-group program (3-12 participants) consisting of 2-hour sessions, is 18000 JPY
🔒 Want more flexibility or a private learning environment? You can book a 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 course. We’ll cover the material in 2 × 3-hour live sessions. Since private sessions leave 2 participant slots unfilled, the total cost covers this; that’s why the course fee is 40000JPY
💖 Financial Concerns? I understand that for those living in countries where this cost significantly exceeds local averages, or for anyone currently facing financial difficulty, this fee may feel out of reach.
