💸 Course Options & Pricing

👥 The price of the official Aviva Method Basic Course—a small-group program (3-12 participants) consisting of 2 x 2-hour sessions plus one 1-hour follow-up class—is equivalent to the average fee of a private gynecological consultation, $137 USD.

🌿Considering both the short-term relief and long-term health benefits the method may offer, this investment in your well-being is well worth it.

🔒 Want more flexibility or a private learning environment? You can book a 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 course. We’ll cover the material in 2 × 3-hour live sessions. Since private sessions leave 2 participant slots unfilled, the total cost covers this; that’s why the course fee is $332 USD
👩‍❤️‍👨 Same price if you come alone or with your partner — so bringing them along is a great deal!

💖 Financial Concerns? I understand that for those living in countries where this cost significantly exceeds local averages, or for anyone currently facing financial difficulty, this fee may feel out of reach.
