I joined the Aviva Method course in April after being diagnosed with a fibroid that caused constant heavy bleeding. At the time, the fibroid was embedded in the uterine wall. However, thanks to the exercises, it transformed into a pedunculated (stem-like) fibroid, measuring 7×6 cm.
In August, I eventually had to undergo surgery, but because of this transformation, I was able to avoid a full hysterectomy and major abdominal surgery. Instead, the fibroid was removed endoscopically through just four small incisions, and it was morcellated (broken down) so it could be extracted through a tube.

My journey began in 2009, when my husband and I decided we were ready to start a family. But things didn’t go as smoothly as we hoped.

“The Aviva Method Gave Me My Life Back. I feel in control of my body again.
My prostate is slightly enlarged and asymmetrical, but according to my urologist, there’s nothing that needs to be done about it. What really bothered me was the recurring pain — sometimes mild, sometimes more intense — in my right testicle, at its base, and in my groin area. I also experienced sharp pain along the urethra during ejaculation, along with a general sense of discomfort in my penis.
