โ No Refund Policy for Courses and Practice Sessions
We do not offer refunds for purchased courses or practice sessions.
However, rescheduling is possible if:

You inform us at least 24 hours in advance that you cannot attend, and

The session has not yet started.

Digital materials (e.g., downloadable files, videos) are non-refundable.
If you encounter any technical issues and cannot download or access the material, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

For physical products (if we ever offer any), our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
