Welcome! I’m Zita, a certified Aviva instructor, and this is my story.

A child’s future isn’t just shaped after birth; it begins even before conception.

 

I have always been passionate about maintaining my health through various exercise routines. When we started planning for a baby, a close friend encouraged me to try the Aviva Method. Knowing I was over 30, she wanted to help me maximize my chances of conceiving naturally. She pointed out that while general fitness and holistic movement practices are great for overall well-being, they aren’t specifically designed to support reproductive health. For that purpose, I needed something different—something targeted… like the Aviva Method.

 

I simply wanted to give my baby the best possible start in life.

 

I chose to stay open to new approaches and learn yet another set of exercises —and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made.

From the very first session, I fell in love with Aviva’s Dance. 

🌿The exercises provided me with an incredible energy boost that lasted throughout the day. 

🌿The minor discomforts associated with being a woman, along with the PMS symptoms, eased. 

🌿After just three months of practicing, I conceived on my first try. 

🌿My baby was born healthy and strong.

🌿I used the Aviva Method again when trying for my second child, and even at 35, I conceived effortlessly on the first attempt. 

🌿Now, I continue to practice these exercises, complementing them with mindful nutrition to maintain hormonal balance and control my weight.

Having personally experienced how the Aviva Method supports and empowers women through every stage of life, I firmly believe that every woman deserves to know about this natural and effective practice

My mission is to share this knowledge so that more women around the world can feel free, balanced, and fulfilled in their bodies.

After you register for a course, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to better understand your motivations, current health, and any movement limitations you might have (like knee or lower back discomfort).

These insights allow me to offer personalized guidance — not only during the sessions but also afterwards, as you continue your practice.

The more openly you share your reasons for trying the Aviva Method, the better I can tailor the experience to fit your unique needs and support your journey in the most meaningful way.

In-person sessions allow me to create a safe, focused space where I can guide you step-by-step through each movement and help you master the technique with confidence and clarity.
