I completed the Aviva Method training online with Zita, and I experienced the same level of dedication and professionalism there as well. She is a true instructor. She explained everything clearly and paid close attention to every movement I made. If something wasn’t done correctly, she patiently helped me until the exercise was performed properly. The sessions had a very pleasant atmosphere, and I felt moderately tired in a positive, energizing way after each class. " I joined the Aviva Method Online Practicing Session feeling completely exhausted. Just ten minutes before it started, I honestly thought I wouldn’t manage — only my sense of commitment pulled me in front of the screen. But Zita’s vitality is truly remarkable. Minute by minute, my exhaustion faded away. The joy of movement took over, and I even found myself dancing. It felt really supportive to know that two other group members were practicing at the same time. I was exercising outdoors, and only at the end did I realize I had joyfully jumped barefoot all over the grass. I felt refreshed — both physically and emotionally. "I attended Zita’s private online Aviva Method class in English. I work as an English teacher in Japan, so clear and accurate language is very important to me. Zita’s English is confident, consistent, and easy to understand, with clear pronunciation throughout the class. She led the Aviva Method session very professionally. Her explanations were supported by presentations and images, and she used clear, school-level vocabulary, which makes the class easy to follow even for non-native English speakers. Zita is extremely precise and does not move on until she is sure that the exercises are being performed correctly. At the same time, she is very patient and always gives positive feedback when she sees that a movement has been done properly. This created a relaxed and supportive atmosphere during the class. "I am a medical student at the University of Debrecen, and I attended the Aviva Foundation Course together with my siblings. I had already heard a lot about the method and was curious to experience it myself. Zita teaches with great care and professionalism, and she fully captures your attention. Although the exercises may look simple at first glance and include familiar movements, their execution can be challenging. There are many small but important details to focus on at the same time — things you would never notice on your own — which makes the instructor’s guidance essential. What I especially enjoyed about the training was the variety of movements. Dynamic stretching and cardio elements alternate with bodyweight floor exercises that stretch and strengthen the muscles around the pelvis region. I experienced clear body-shaping and posture-improving effects. The Aviva Dance moved my entire body and effectively targeted the lower abdomen, glutes, waist, and pelvic floor. "When we learned the tilt-and-tap exercise, I tapped my thighs, with my thumbs resting along the bikini line. The vibration from the movement shifted something inside me. Suddenly, I couldn’t hold it back anymore, and I burst out laughing. Zita reassured me that this was completely okay. She explained that the vibration helps release blocks and that tension can come out as laughter, too. That moment stayed with me. Zita said something I still keep in my mind: “The Aviva dance is not graceful, not stylish, and some movements may even look silly or awkward. The purpose of the Aviva Dance is not to impress anyone—it is designed for you to enjoy, restore balance, and maintain your health.” And she was right. For me, health is a real value. As a teenager, choosing to care for my health and do a scientifically supported ‘weird-looking’ dance to old-fashioned music—without worrying about what others might think—felt brave. "Zita’s guided relaxation on the Vitality Flame website in Hungarian has become one of my favorite guided relaxation recordings recently. The structure of the audio -focused on releasing negative emotions and awakening inner strength- is beautifully designed. Its rhythm and pace are just right, and the conscious guidance, together with Zita’s kind and soothing voice, supports deep relaxation and letting go. The length of the bedtime relaxation is perfect after a tiring day: You can lie down in bed and let it gently carry you into sleep- and it’s completely okay if you fall asleep along the way.
