- Male factors contribute to 50% of infertility cases, and it’s more common than many realize.
Around 7–9% of men struggle with fertility worldwide.
Sperm count has dropped by over 50% globally in the past 40 years.

Technical and Practical Requirements for Online Course
A stable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a built-in or external camera are essential.
If possible, connect your device to a larger screen (e.g., TV or monitor) so you can clearly see the instructor even if you step back from the camera.
Your camera must be turned on during the session.
Can you take four steps side and two steps forward in your space?
Can you step far enough back from the camera to be seen fully upright with arms raised overhead?
Can you be clearly seen when sitting on a yoga mat or blanket? (You can adjusting the camera angle)
Can you use chair or wall to support your balance?
The class will be held via Zoom or MicrosoftTeam, Google Meet.
